What we take on
If it is cracked or broken and needs welding up, we have got you. Engine diagnostics and replacement, hydraulic-side troubleshooting, and the kind of fault-finding that saves a part rather than swapping one — on whatever you bring us.
What we do not
We will not build you a new part from scratch. Saying so up front is cheaper for both of us than finding out halfway through.
Previous repairs
Diagnosed a bad engine and pulled the original out.
It went back together with a Cummins diesel — chosen deliberately for reliability and for how easy the parts are to get hold of when it does eventually need something.
John Deere recommended a new H.P.D. pump. We tested the pump first and it was working properly.
What it actually had was a suction issue — the same issue that would have followed a brand-new pump straight back onto the machine. We installed an air bleed valve and that fixed it.
