Fill Dirt Supply
We supply fill dirt and earth materials including clay, sand-clay, sand fill, top soil, millings, crushed concrete, limestone, and clay-gravel. All quotes are provided verbally or in writing after direct consultation. Pricing listed on this Site, if any, is for reference only and is subject to change based on load size, delivery distance, materials, and site conditions. No prices or availability shown on this Site constitute a binding offer.
Storage Unit Rental
Storage unit availability, pricing, and rental terms are provided at the time of inquiry and are subject to change. Storage rentals are governed by a separate written rental agreement executed between Baxley Enterprises and the tenant at the time of move-in. Nothing on this Site constitutes a reservation or binding rental agreement. Rental units are subject to availability.
Equipment Repair
Equipment repair estimates are provided after on-site or in-shop inspection and are not guaranteed final prices. Final repair costs may differ from initial estimates based on parts availability, parts pricing, and additional diagnostic findings. Baxley Enterprises is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or third-party components that fail during or after repair work. Equipment left at our facility is subject to a separate service agreement.
Any quotes provided verbally, in writing, or via the contact form are estimates only and are valid for the timeframe stated at the time of the quote. Baxley Enterprises reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in fuel costs, material costs, labor, or site conditions. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until a written service agreement or invoice is signed by an authorized representative of Baxley Enterprises Inc.
